Christopher brings a proven track record in leadership, operations management, and process improvement to every engagement. As a Global Process Owner at National Grid, he managed cross-functional teams, optimized business processes, and implemented Lean Six Sigma methodologies — delivering measurable reductions in operational lead times and lasting gains in team performance.

He founded Pioneer Solution Consulting LLC to bring that same enterprise-caliber methodology to organizations that need it most: healthcare providers navigating patient satisfaction pressures, energy companies managing regulatory complexity, HR departments building compliant and inclusive workplaces, and non-profits stretching every grant dollar toward mission impact.
